The Mommy and Me class is for ages 1 through 4.  This class is parent assisted. We set-up age and size appropriate stations for the kids to go through. We work basic gymnastics skills with the children. 

Through our CREATIVE SET-UPS your child will learn baby-cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands, and balance. Later in the year we will start teaching the children the concept of taking turns and listening to directions from the teacher — a skill they will need in non-parent assisted classes.   COLORFUL equipment, fun activities, and  UPBEAT MUSIC keep the kids engaged and interested in LEARNING, to help them with their overall coordination and body control.
